At Dhoop Chaon & Co. website, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

Refund

For all products orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 60% of the product price. Ordered products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Order can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Incorrect and incomplete information regarding customer address.

  • In case of wrong product pricing or specification mentioned on Dhoop Chaon & Co. website.com

  • Unavailability of products.

  • In exceptional cases, if manufacturer’s products are out of stock and no longer available for sell the product will be cancelled.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Information

Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 30 days of receiving goods by e-mail, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 30 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration

  • The item/s must be returned with a debit note enclosed.

  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.

  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods.

  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.

  • Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.

  • Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.

  • Refunds can take 7 working days to reflect in your account.
